A: We do require access to a standard electrical outlet to power our vacuum and tools. However, an outdoor water spigot is not required. If you don't have a hose hookup—or live in an apartment complex with water restrictions—just let us know! We can perform a professional, scratch-free rinseless wash that delivers identical, brilliant results using minimal water.
Q: What's your weather policy?
A: We detail in temperatures above 32°F. Heavy rain or extreme cold may require rescheduling. Ceramic coatings require garage access for proper curing.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: No. We can accept contactless payment and can work while you're away. For ceramic coatings, secure garage access for 5 hours is required.
Q: How long does detailing take?

A: Excessive pet hair, mud, stains, or trash may incur a surcharge. We'll contact you for approval before proceeding.
Q: Why is professional detailing more expensive than a car wash?
A: We use hand-wash methods with microfiber towels (zero scratches), professional-grade products, customized approaches, and paint protection—not harsh brushes that damage your paint.
Q: Can you remove all stains?
A: We remove most fresh and common stains. Deeply set or chemical stains may not be 100% removable without damaging fabric. We'll let you know upfront.
Q: What's the difference between detailing and paint correction?
A: Detailing removes dirt and applies protection. Paint correction removes scratches and swirl marks. Most customers benefit from both before ceramic coating.
Q: Should I remove personal items?
A: Yes, please remove all personal items, trash, and child car seats before we arrive so we can clean every corner efficiently.
